To provide our services, we collect your WhatsApp phone number, your chosen display name, and the contents of the messages and voice notes you send to KindReminda specifically for the purpose of scheduling reminders.
Your messages are processed by our secure AI infrastructure strictly to extract reminder times and contexts. We do NOT use your personal reminder data to train public AI models. We use this information solely to deliver the service you requested.
We rely on the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API for message delivery. Your interactions with the bot are subject to Meta's standard encryption prior to reaching our servers. We also utilize Cloudflare's secure edge infrastructure for processing and database storage.
We employ a strict Data Minimization strategy. Your reminders are stored securely only while they are active. Once a reminder is delivered and completed, it is permanently and automatically deleted from our databases. We do not keep a historical log of your completed tasks. Snoozed or unacknowledged reminders are deleted immediately after their final cycle.
While true End-to-End Encryption is incompatible with AI text processing (as the AI must read the text to schedule the alarm), we guarantee maximum safety through Encryption-in-Transit (via WhatsApp's protocol) and strict Auto-Deletion at rest. Your data is encrypted while travelling to our servers, processed instantly, and permanently wiped as soon as it's no longer needed.
